Materials & Printing Methods

Will my print look exactly like the preview?

Your print will be produced exactly as shown in the preview during customization. Please carefully review all names, dates, and text before placing your order, as we print exactly what is submitted. Slight color variations may occur between the on-screen preview, your device, and the final printed artwork due to screen settings and printing processes.

What printing technology and paper do you use?

We use advanced printing technology combined with premium paper stocks to produce crisp text, rich colors, and a professional finish. Our prints are created on premium smooth-finish art paper, designed to enhance detail and color vibrancy while maintaining an elegant, high-quality look.

What materials are the frames made of?

Our frames are made from durable pine wood and include shatter-resistant plexiglass to protect your print.

Are framed posters ready to hang?

Yes. All framed posters arrive fully assembled and ready to hang.

How thick are Wallfully’s frames?

Our frames measure approximately 2 × 2.5 cm in depth (about 0.79" – 0.98").

What type of glass do you use for framed posters?

We use high-quality plexiglass, a lightweight and durable alternative to traditional glass. Plexiglass reduces the risk of breakage during shipping while maintaining excellent clarity to showcase your artwork beautifully.

How are framed posters packaged?

Framed posters are carefully packed with protective corner guards and placed in sturdy, reinforced cardboard packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you notice an error in your order, please contact us at info@wallfully.com within 2 hours of purchase, as orders enter production shortly after checkout. As long as your order has not yet entered production, we’ll do our best to update or correct your design. Once production starts, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Do you accept returns on personalized items?

Because all Wallfully products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@wallfully.com and include clear photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate solution.

What if I receive the wrong item?

If there is an error on our side, we’ll fix it promptly. Please contact us with your order number and photos of the item received.

How do refunds work?

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

We produce and ship orders from local or regional production facilities, allowing us to fulfill your order as close to you as possible.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the US, UK, Australia, Spain, Canada, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, France, Italy, and Finland.

How long does shipping take?

Our average fulfillment time is 2–3 working days, and shipping usually take 4-6 business days.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once we start preparing your order, you'll receive a tracking email.

My order is taking longer than expected. What should I do?

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand. If your order appears delayed, please check your tracking link first. If there's no update for several days, contact us and we'll be happy to look into it for you.

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days. Is this normal?

Yes. Tracking updates may pause while your package is in transit between facilities or during customs processing. This is normal and updates usually resume automatically.

My order is marked as delivered but I haven't received it.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local delivery point. If the package still can't be located, contact us and we'll assist you with the next steps.

What happens if my order is lost in transit?

If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we'll work with you to arrange a replacement or an appropriate solution.

Personalization

How does personalization work?

You enter your custom details directly on the product page using our live personalization tool. Your design is created exactly as shown in the preview.

Can I preview my design before ordering?

Yes. The live preview shows how your print will look with your chosen personalization before you add it to your cart.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

Once an order enters production, changes are no longer possible. If you need to update something, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

What happens if I make a typo in my personalization?

Please double-check all details before placing your order. We print exactly what is entered and shown in the preview.

Can I personalize in a different language?

Yes, you can personalize your print in any language that uses supported characters.

Ordering & Payment

How do I place an order?

Simply choose your design, customize it using the personalization fields, select your size and frame (if applicable), and proceed to checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods shown at checkout.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

Can I use discount codes?

Yes. Discount codes can be entered at checkout. Only one code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.
