Returns and Refunds

At Wallfully, we take great care in producing both personalized and standard wall art products. Our returns policy reflects the nature of each item and complies with consumer protection laws in the countries where we sell.


Personalized Products

Due to the custom nature of these items, personalized products are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases where the item is faulty or does not match your order.

This includes products:

  • Customized with names, dates, photos, or personal messages
  • Designed to order and previewed before purchase

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or differs from your confirmed order (e.g., incorrect design, size, or personalization), please contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving it. Send an email to info@wallfully.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photographs clearly showing the problem

We will then offer you a refund or a replacement order at no cost for you. 


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Be sure to include photos so we can quickly resolve the issue.
