Yes. You’ll get a live preview before checkout so you can make sure everything looks just right. Please double-check names, dates, and spelling – we’ll print exactly what you approve.
If you spot an error, please email us right away at info@wallfully.com – ideally within 2 hours of placing your order. We can usually make changes before production starts. After that, your poster may already be in the works — but don’t worry, we’ll still do our best to help.
We’re so sorry! Just send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send you a free replacement – no returns needed.
Since every piece is made just for you, we don’t offer refunds on personalized orders. That said, if something doesn’t turn out as expected, we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
We produce your poster in 1–2 business days before it’s shipped. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes an additional 48–72 hours, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
